Successful Women of Central Valley Board of Directors & Officers
As is true with most board-driven, nonprofits, our board works very hard. We are fortunate that the women who comprise our Board are dedicated, joyous, and absolutely wonderful to work with!
Each of our Board Directors share one commonality: a desire to empower women in our community. It is that desire that fuels their passion for the hard work that they contribute to the group every day. Successful Women of Central Valley is all about building, growing, connecting, supporting and empowering Central Valley women. Many thanks to the tireless work the women of this Board contribute.

Kimberly Vaughan formed the group in 2013 in an effort to organize like-minded women in the Central Valley and build a group that would discuss the needs of women in the community, connect and empower one another, as well as create means to give to the community that she has resided and worked in for nearly 15 years.
For the past ten years, Kimberly Vaughan Events & Partnership Marketing has produced the area's largest bridal show, the International Wedding Festival and other bridal planning events throughout Northern California. The company also provides partnership marketing services to Central Valley businesses. In 2011, Kimberly broadened her repertoire to include Associate Publisher for the national publication, Beautiful Bride Magazine. Her most recent endeavor, the addition of the Modesto Women’s Expo, has created opportunities for Kimberly to fulfill her philanthropic goals in the community and continue her mission to connect, encourage, support and empower women.
Kimberly married the love of her life, Dale, whom she has known and loved for more than 25 years. Dale and Kimberly Vaughan are blessed with six children. The Vaughan's are closely-knit and have settled in the country to enjoy simple, country living in the wildlife, trips to the river, anything you can ride on and spending time with their furry and feathered pets. Always together, the Vaughan’s believe in supporting each other’s dreams and living, laughing and loving in work and play.
Kimberly enjoys sharing "assignments" in the SWCV Facebook group and building new friendships and connections that share her desire to connect and grow community among women.
